BOOKING POLICY
Thank you for respecting our time
- A $10 deposit is required to secure every appointment.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total service price.
- Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and verified.
- Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit, subject to applicable consumer law.
- If Mayluxe Beauty Co needs to cancel an appointment, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or an appropriate refund.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next client is not delayed.
Rescheduling: with at least 24 hours' notice, your $10 deposit can be moved to a new appointment time.
All policies are subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
